An overview of the Hippo pathway, some of its upstream inputs, and the transcription factors it complexes with in cancer. We are interested in discovering new mechanisms of upstream regulation of the Hippo pathway and novel proteins TAZ and YAP complex with in order to drive their oncogenic transcriptional programs.
